Over the past time, many programs of propaganda, orientation and support for youth union members have been implemented with many contents and forms in Na Hang district.

Every year, the Youth Union organizes consultations and introduces jobs for more than 1,000 union members and young people, with an average number of jobs of about 160 people per year.

To support production capital, the District Youth Union and grassroots Unions cooperated with the District Bank for Social Policies to receive loans with 41 savings groups for 1,419 households, with outstanding loans of over VND74 billion.

During the period of 2020 - 2023, in Na Hang district, 33 new start-up models of union members and young people have been developed, such as Nang Kha Youth Agricultural Cooperative, Na Hang Fisheries Cooperative, Da Vi Commune Agricultural Cooperative, Thuong Nong Agriculture and Service Cooperative and 4 models of Youth Cooperative Groups in Yen Hoa, Thanh Tuong, Son Phu, Khau Tinh communes, bringing effective results.

In the coming time, the District Union will continue to organize more programs related to entrepreneurship to support young people to start a business in their homeland.
