Implementing the Program, in recent times, Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union has implemented many programs and projects, creating a favorable environment to promote young people to dare to think, dare to do, and be positive and proactive in economic development with lots of activities such as "Startup Coffee" Program in 2024; Program "Supporting Youth Startups" for the period 2023 - 2030; Annual Rural Youth Startup Project Competition organized by the Central Youth Union; Organize competitions to find startup ideas for rural youth every year, etc.

In addition, the Youth Union at all levels in the province has also coordinated well in entrusting loans to youth through banks. Along with that is doing a good job of career counseling, developing vocational training models, promoting the application of digital technology in job introduction and production development, etc.

From the policies and programs of the Party and State and the practical activities of the youth union organization, many economic development models of youth have been affirmed, bringing clear results.
