They investigate and evaluate the current status of the project before the rainy season and carry out renovation and repair of pumps and key works, culverts under the dyke, regulating dams to ensure 100% of the project operates at full capacity to serve flood prevention and control service. The Management Board of exploitation of grassroots irrigation works also regularly inspects and dredges canals and clears the flow; consolidate and enclose the edges of areas and patches; prepare facilities, vehicles, machinery and equipment to ensure and be ready to prevent waterlogging and protect crop production.
