TQO - In order to meet the demands of tourists, Na Hang district has developed a homestay tourism model which can promote the locality's advantages in Hong Thai and Nang Kha communes and Na Hang Town.

In Hong Thai Commune, homestay facilities feature the wooden houses of the Dao Tien ethnic people, located adjacently in a valley sloped gently to the hillside.

In Nang Kha Commune, most of the homestay facilities are located in the two hamlets of Na Kha and Na Vai. The Tay ethnic people not only pay attention to embellishing the surrounding areas of their homestays such as by planting flowers and adding decorations but also by creating a large yard of the homestays for outdoor community activities. Guests to the homestays are entertained with Then and Coi singing - the traditional music of the Tay people, performed by members of the hamlet’s singing club.

As homestays in Na Hang Town are located in the centre of the district, the facilities are imbued with both traditional and modern features. The homestays’ owners have worked to develop tours for visitors to the Na Hang ecological lake.
