The current situation shows that women still lack knowledge and skills in solving outstanding social issues related to women. Especially for women in remote, isolated and ethnic minority areas; elderly women; female students, etc. Therefore, women need to be strengthened in providing knowledge and skills in solving these problems.

The Phase II project has added a number of priority objects and social issues to contribute to solving social problems arising in the post-Covid era such as orphans, migrant workers, issues of female workers in industrial zones, etc.

The project has provided information and knowledge on preserving and practicing moral qualities and a sense of law observance, contributing to ensuring social security, stabilizing the situation of order and safety.
