After 2 years of implementing Project 4 (2022 and 2023), of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, Tuyen Quang province has allocated capital of over VND700 billion for this work.

Implementing the Project, districts in the province have organized 34 vocational training classes for over 1,100 workers; Organized 11 job transaction sessions, deployed integrated propaganda for over 600 grassroots officials and propagandists, and supported 20 workers to work abroad; invested in infrastructure and information technology equipment to modernize labor market information, etc.

The province has diversified livelihoods for the poor, including vocational education and supporting workers to go to work.

The goal of this program is to reduce poverty multidimensionally, inclusively and sustainably; support the poor to exceed the minimum living standard, access basic social services according to the national multidimensional poverty standard, and improve the quality of life for people.
