TQO - Determining digital transformation as an inevitable trend, Tuyen Quang province has developed many key solutions, in which it is especially promoting investment attraction, focusing on attracting the development of digital technology enterprises, developing digital content, creative industries, platform economy, sharing economy, e-commerce and smart manufacturing.

People can easily look up, find information, instructions on handling administrative procedures, online payment methods at the Tuyen Quang Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Currently, the Department of Information and Communications continues to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement integrated connections with systems such as: Tuyen Quang Provincial Digital Government (Tuyen Quang ID, Field Reflection); Education sector database system; Reputa Network Information Monitoring and Analysis system (electronic newspapers, forums, blogs, social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube video channels, etc.).

Tuyen Quang province has promoted propaganda and promotion activities to promote the consumption of OCOP products of the province on mass media; deployed booths on e-commerce platforms Postmart (now buudien.vn), Voso; actively supported businesses in digital transformation. Thanks to that, the whole province has 977 businesses registered to participate in Tuyen Quang province's e-commerce platform with 2,493 products on agriculture, forestry, fishery, tourism and travel services; 229 products of 237 businesses and production and business establishments in the province were introduced on the program "One commune, one product". Continuing to implement the Project on developing non-cash payments for the period 2021-2025, the province has promoted the implementation of digital banking services, improving the quality and diversifying banking products and services; developing modern and convenient payment services, ensuring security and safety in payments.

Currently, 100% of small and medium enterprises receive electronic invoices with tax authorities using digital technology platforms; 100% of districts and cities have implemented pension payments via banks to beneficiaries; continue to maintain the 4.0 market model at 9 markets in the province, etc.
