At a ceremony to grant certificate in recognition of Tu Quan Commune as a new-style rural area.

In the 2011-2020 period, Tu Quan Commune achieved 19 out of 19 criteria of new rural construction. The average per capita income of the commune increased 3.8 times, ranging from VND9.6 million to VND36.85 million per person per year. The poor ratio decreased from 33.4% to 3.39%. Total resources for implementation of the new-style rural construction program in the locality are estimated over VND103 billion.
