Speaking at the meeting, Ambassador Park Noh Wan highly appreciated Tuyen Quang's economic development results over the past time, especially in the context of the complicated expansion of Covid-19 epidemic in the world. In addition, he was impressed with Covid-19 prevention measures from entering the province.

The Ambassador wanted to seize development plans of Tuyen Quang in the future and the reality of some localities. At the same time, he hoped to successfully implement the rural development program in Tuyen Quang, as a model for replication to neighboring provinces. The Ambassador agreed to introduce to Tuyen Quang about cooperation with similar localities of Korea, especially agricultural and forestry production, connecting to bring workers from Tuyen Quang to Korea to work seasonally, considering to support the province in the field of education, human resource training, and Korean language training in the province.

The Ambassador also expressed his hope that Tuyen Quang will quickly implement a project on building a road connecting Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway with Tuyen Quang to shorten the time and promote cooperation between Tuyen Quang and the Republic of Korea.  

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the cooperation programs of the Government of Korea and Vietnam, explored opportunities to promote cooperation in the fields of trade, tourism, services, projects in the fields of high-tech agriculture, forestry, supporting industries, electronics, consumption, information technology, job creation, and human resources.
