At the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan affirmed that in recent years, the cooperative relationship between Tuyen Quang province and Korean partners has been increasingly expanded and achieved positive results, in which Tuyen Quang province has had cooperative relations with localities, agencies and organizations of Korea.

In the province, there are 7 FDI projects of Korean investors being implemented with a total registered investment capital of nearly 36 million USD, which have brought positive results.

Mr. Ko Younghak, Chairman of KGM Tatadaewoo Group of Korea, said that the Group needs about 10 hectares of land to build an automobile assembly plant; 30 hectares to implement a high-tech agricultural project.

In addition, the Group wants to invest in the field of human resource training, vocational training for workers in Korea and recruitment for the Group's companies in Vietnam.

Previously, the delegation surveyed Tam Da Industrial Cluster and Long Binh An Industrial Park to have preliminary ideas for cooperation with Tuyen Quang province in the coming time.
