For the project "Development of infrastructure to adapt to climate change to support production for ethnic minorities in the mountainous and northern midland provinces, Tuyen Quang Province", he affirmed that the project is completely suitable with the policies of the two sides and agree to implement the project.

Discussing at the meeting, the two sides discussed solutions to launch the project in 2023.
