The opening ceremony were attended by the Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hoai Son, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Historian, Professor Le Van Lan; members of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Thanh Tra; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong; Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Ma Thi Thuy; members of Center for Research and Preservation of Vietnamese Cultural Beliefs; members Vietnam Mother Goddess Club; a number of experts, cultural and historical researchers; leaders of a number of departments, and agencies of the province; delegates of districts and cities both inside and outside the province; representatives of communes and wards in Tuyen Quang city, and a large number of people and tourists from all over the country.

Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, and Y La Temple - national historical and cultural relics leave the sacredness of the long-standing Mother Goddess worship in Tuyen Quang city. With unique cultural and spiritual values, on January 23, 2017, the Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, and Y La Temple Festival was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The 2025 festival was organized on a city scale with activities associated with the worship of the Three Palaces. In addition, the festival brought to local people and visitors from all over a diverse cultural space with many activities of introducing the Vietnamese belief in worshiping the Mother Goddess of the Three Palaces such as displaying the royal scarves and dresses, organizing a tea space in Tuyen land; dragon dance, lion dance, singing, cultural exchange; sports competitions, organizing folk games at 3 temples.
The festival will last until March 15.
