The main ingredients to make this dish are fresh field crabs, lemongrass, chili, laksa leaves and salt.
After being preliminarily cleaned, the crabs are put in an oil pan and fried until turn into golden colour, then taken them out.
Next, fry minced lemongrass and garlic until fragrant, add the fried crab, a small amount of salt and minced chili to stir evenly in order for seasoning penetrates into the crab meat.
Finally, add laksa leaves then turn off the stove, and you have a fragrant roasted crab with salt and chili dish.
