The works named "Under street lights" by Hoang Anh Chien are displayed at the exhibition.

According to the organisers, the exhibition received 400 works by authors from the provinces of Region III, including Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Bac Giang, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Son La, Hoa Binh, Dien Bien, Lang Son. The Art Council of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association has selected more than 250 works for the exhibition. In which, Tuyen Quang has 12 artists from the Provincial Fine Arts Association participating in the exhibition with many different materials and diverse expression styles, such as wooden statues, oil paints, acrylics, woodcarvings, silks, pastels and ink.
