Trieu Thang bamboo shoots can be cooked into many dishes, such as soup, stir-fry, and vermicelli.

This product is widely consumed both inside the province and outside provinces such as Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, etc.

On average, each year, his family's dried bamboo shoot factory imports over 30 tons of fresh bamboo shoots, producing over 2 tons of dried bamboo shoots for the market.

Trieu Thang Bamboo Shoot Facility not only gives his family a stable income but also creates jobs for people in Ban Tat village, opening the way for a green economy.
