Faced with this situation, on May 11, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 456/QD-UBND to establish a special working group to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business activities and accelerate progress implementation of investment projects in the province.

In particular, in consecutive regular meetings in recent months, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son has requested the heads of departments, branches, districts and cities to strictly implement the telegram and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on accelerating disbursement progress.

With the drastic direction of the Provincial People's Committee, these can be considered important solutions in removing "bottlenecks" in disbursement of public investment capital, so that the province can achieve its socio-economic development goals in 2023.
