Tan Thanh develops four-season lemon trees

TQO - Four-season lemon is a type of lemon with very high productivity. With the advantage of generating fruit all year round, this variety is grown by many households in Tan Thanh commune (Ham Yen district).

Not requiring large initial investment costs, easy to grow, easy to adapt to different weather and environmental conditions, as well as high yield and wide consumption market, four-season lemon trees have been and are opening up a new direction in converting crop structure, developing effective household economy.

With 150 four-season lemon trees grafted with grapefruit roots, each time Ms. Mui harvests from 6 to 7 tons of fruit, on average she can cut the fruit 9 to 10 times a year.

Thanks to grafting grapefruit roots, lemons grow strongly.

The four-season lemon crop brings joy to farmers.

Lemons bloom continuously, so farmers trim flowers and fruits continuously to help the tree produce stable yields.
