In recent years, Tuyen Quang province has paid attention to supporting individuals, business households, and enterprises in registering to protect trademarks and brands for many products and services of the province.

Starting from 2022, the province will also implement the project "Issuing and managing area codes for growing agricultural products in Tuyen Quang province using the OTAS system/standards to serve domestic consumption and export in the first phase." during period 2021 - 2025. Fifteen certified growing area codes ensure all conditions for export to the most demanding markets such as Japan, the US and EU countries.

In 2023, the province possesses 16 goods and services granted Certificates of Protection. Increasing the number of products and services in the province protected by industrial property rights to 307 to date. Among them, 4 products were granted Geographical Indication Registration Certificates, including: Ham Yen Orange, Soi Ha Grapefruit, Na Hang Shan Tuyet Tea and Na Hang Leaves Fermented Corn Wine.

The fact that the province's products and goods are protected has contributed to increasing consumer confidence when using products of the same origin. Many products of the province have entered the market and affirmed their position, of which some products have reached the regional level and exported to the world market such as tea, honey, specialty fish, planted forest wood, etc.
