In 2023, industrial production maintains growth momentum, industrial production value reaches VND20,450 billion, an increase of 15.7% compared to 2022, equal to 100.2% of the 2023 plan.

Of which, the mining industry reached VND732.6 billion; Processing and manufacturing industry reached VND27,021 billion; electricity industry VND3,863 billion; water industry VND182 billion.

Some industrial products met and exceeded the set plan such as 100% commercial electricity; Felspar powder increased by 106.4%; Barite powder increased by 100%; Base paper exports increased by 107%; 100.5% pulp, etc.

In 2024, the province aims for the entire year's industrial production value to reach VND23,730 billion, an increase of 16% compared to 2023. With the premise from 2023 and the efforts of the business community, the province's industrial production will exceed the plan, accelerating the completion of targets set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
