It is necessary to build a road connecting the city centre with My Lam Mineral Spring Resort, creating favorable conditions for tourists to visit and experience.

My Lam Mineral Spring Resort has been invested by Vingroup, including a Vinpearl-branded resort, a new urban resort and medical service areas with hot mineral water therapy, a high-class shophouse, meeting the needs of visitors in the coming years. Therefore, building a road route from the centre of city to My Lam is very necessary to shorten the distance for tourists to travel and connect with tourist areas in the province faster.

The road construction will kicked off in 2023 with a total investment of VND852,458 billion from the Saudi Development Fund.

Upon completion of this project, it will contribute to forming a new urban road connecting the roads of National Highway 2D, Ho Chi Minh road, Tuyen Quang -Phu Tho expressway and the route from Tuyen Quang city center to km 31 National Highway 2 (Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho street - Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho road) Ha Giang) as well as connecting Tuyen Quang Province with Phu Tho, Yen Bai and Ha Giang provinces.

The project will be a driving force to the realisation of the goal of building Tuyen Quang city that meets the criteria of I-grade city by 2030, making Tuyen Quang a fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province in the northern midland and mountainous region.
