Recycling building materials

TQO - According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, every day in Vietnam's large cities, about 50,000 - 60,000 tons of solid waste are generated into the environment, of which construction waste accounts for 12% - 15%.

According to experts, the main components of construction waste such as soil, bricks, and concrete can be recycled and reused with appropriate treatment and management and can be used for construction sites.

The use of recycled materials directly contributes to saving resources and minimizing environmental pollution. There are localities and businesses using construction waste as an ideal source of raw materials to produce unburnt bricks and tiles.

If managed, utilized and treated according to standards, these wastes can become potential materials for reuse and replacement of naturally exploited materials.
