An HoaPaper and Pulp Factory has invested in modern production lines to save energy.
There are many factors that affect the energy consumption of enterprises including technology, management methods, the consciousness of employees, the awareness of business leaders, among others. Of which, technology is the most important factor.
In the long term, the supply of energy may be exhausted due to effects of weather and climate change. The provincial Department of Industry and Trade has regularly coordinated with relevant agencies to inspect and review the use of electricity of local enterprises. Besides the management and monitoring of enterprises who consume high levels of energy, the department also updates the lists of consumers use the most energy in order to guide them to carry out solutions to use energy economically and effectively.
Through a number of power-saving programmes such as Earth Hour, the province has so far saved approximately 28,000 kWh of electricity. The effective implementation of energy efficiency measures will help enterprises reduce production and business costs.
