Chairman of the Na Hang District People's Committee To Viet Hiep said that Shan Tuyet Na Hang tea has been granted a certificate of geographical indication registration from April 2021 in the area of 6 communes of Son Phu, Khau Tinh, Hong Thai, Sinh Long, Thuong Nong, and Thuong Giap. This is a great joy for growers, producers and consumers of Shan Tuyet Na Hang tea.

The district has 1,286.4 hectares of Shan Tuyet tea. Local people in many communes such as Khau Tinh, Son Phu, Sinh Long have focused on growing and replicating Shan Tuyet tea.
