Minh Huong duck has gradually formed a concentrated commodity production area with quality products.
In particular, in 2020, Minh Huong duck was certified to achieve 3 OCOP stars and was welcomed by customers from Hanoi and Phu Tho markets.
The Minh Huong duck brand is increasingly spreading, the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) has organized a ceremony to award certificates of typical Vietnamese cuisine in phase I - 2022.
In which, Minh Huong duck was honored in the journey to find typical Vietnamese culinary cultural values under the Project "Building and developing Vietnamese culinary culture into a national brand, phase 2022 - 2024".
Currently, Minh Huong Duck Cooperative (Ham Yen) has 7 members, and at the same time, it connects households raising ducks in the communes of Minh Huong, Binh Xa, and Phu Luu to form a chain "from raising to consuming products" to bring this specialty to more markets.
In addition to developing the duck brand, the Cooperative also cooperates to purchase Minh Huong rice to find outlets for people in the commune.
