With the characteristics of history, culture and nature, Tuyen Quang tourism is currently focusing on exploiting many types of tourism such as festival tourism, spiritual tourism, eco-tourism, etc.

As a result of the last half term, Tuyen Quang has welcomed over 6 million tourists, of which, in 2021, the province attracted 1.9 million visitors, reaching 86% of the year plan; in 2022, the province welcomed 2.3 million visitors, reaching 104% of the year plan, an increase of 47.7% compared to 2021; The first 6 months of 2023, the province welcomed 1.7 million visitors, reaching 70% of the year plan, an increase of 38% compared to the same period last year.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Au Thi Mai said that in order to achieve the goal of welcoming over 3 million tourists by 2025, the province continues to implement projects under the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the 2021-2025 period; continues to coordinate and guide districts and cities to build cultural villages in association with tourism development.

These results affirm the province's efforts to develop Tuyen Quang tourism, becoming an important economic sector as the target of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
