Tour highlights museums, theatres and relics in Hanoi

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism is organizing pilot tours to connect tourism with museums, theatres and prominent relics of the capital on January 18th and 19th.

The activity aims to realize the direction of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien on the implementation of plans to organize high-quality art programmes and build cultural products to serve tourists.

Following the direction, earlier, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism coordinated with the Vietnam National Museum of History, the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, the Vietnam National Puppetry Theatre, the Centre for Research, Preservation and Promotion of Vietnamese Traditional Culture, and travel enterprises to build tours to connect museums and theatres with tourism products. Accordingly, tours entitled “History of Vietnam – Discovering of the Earth”, "History of Vietnam - Dawn on the rivers", "Vietnamese Fine Arts - treasures in Hanoi" and "Vietnam Countryside - a View" have been carried out.

On January 18th, tours connected the Vietnam National Museum of History with visit to Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Ma May ancient house, Bach Ma temple and an experience in street gastronomy.

On January 19th, tours connect Vietnam Fine Arts Museum with the the Vietnam National Puppetry Theatre./.
