Resolution No. 09 of the Provincial People's Council has brought a new and spacious appearance to homestays in Na Tong village, Thuong Lam commune (Lam Binh).

In 2022 and 2023, the province supported over VND5 billion to 54 individuals and 13 organizations to invest in developing tourism services according to Resolution No. 09/2021/NQ-HDND.

In 2024, it is expected to support over VND3 billion to organizations and individuals to develop tourism.

Thanks to the funding from the support resolution, households have invested in building and expanding accommodation facilities, renovating homestay grounds, improving the quality of activities of clubs to preserve national cultural identity, and performing arts teams serving tourists.

The implementation of financial support for people to develop community tourism according to Resolution No. 09/2021/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council has practically helped people have resources to invest in improving the quality of community tourism.
