Many campaigns to clean up the stream bed have been launched by agencies and organizations, especially the Youth Union.
On green sunday, youth union members of Xuan Lap commune (Lam Binh) present at streams to collect garbage. In just one morning, more than 70 youth union members and volunteers collecte more than 1 ton of waste.
Lo Tien Huong, Secretary of the Youth Union of Xuan Lap commune said that the program attracted a large number of youth union members to participate. Along with the launching activity, the union members also actively promoted propaganda, raised the spirit of environmental protection of each citizen, and mobilized people to preserve the environment.
The stream in Linh Phu commune (Chiem Hoa) was also previously polluted due to the domestic waste and waste water from livestock farming. However, thanks to the active participation of local authorities, the stream in Linh Phu is clean again.
In recent years, many campaigns to clean up the stream bed have been launched by agencies and organizations, especially the Youth Union.
