Bui Quang Canh in a volunteer trip.
For Bui Quang Canh, the charm to volunteer activities was quite unexpected. He works in the security industry in Yen Son. For many months, he lived with the ethnic minorities and witnessed the lack of food and clothing that local people had to pass in the winter. He could not bear it.
Immediately, he returned home to collect all the family's old clothes and blankets to support ethnic people. Seeing girls and boys around the same age as his children happily in warm clothes, Canh decided to go on social networks to call for the support of more people.
The results exceeded expectations, Canh's first charity trip was held in Ngoi Nghin Hamlet, Hung Loi Commune (Yen Son). More than 200 gifts including rice, blankets, and instant noodles were given to the people. At the same time, the Green Volunteer Club headed by Bui Quang Canh was established with 16 members in all professions of police, teachers, businessmen, etc.
On average, every month, his club organizes 1-2 trips to remote villages and schools that are still difficult to support.
In 2020, Bui Quang Canh is honored to be one of the 100 leaders of the National Volunteer Club by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.
In 2022, his Green Volunteer Group received the National Volunteer Award in 2022.
