At the meeting, the two sides exchanged basic information on socio-economic development, experience in administrative management and operation of the elected representative official.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council expressed her feeling at the special historical significance associated with President Ho Chi Minh here.
