Many classes and clubs have been established, the most typical of which is the Soong Co Singing Club in Ninh Lai commune.

Meritorious artist Do Thi Man and folk artist Luc Thi Tu opened a San Diu language class for children in the commune.

The club not only serves as the core for the grassroots cultural movement, but also brings the identity of the San Diu Tuyen Quang people to exchanges throughout the country.
