Vinh Loi Commune Primary School has just been built and put into operation in early 2019.

Undertaking to build new-style rural area, Vinh Loi commune has created high consensus among its citizens. Thanks to that, the commune has mobilized resources from organizations and individuals to join hands to contribute to build new-style rural area. The appearance of rural area has been flourished. Roads have been cleaned and covered with concrete. Its agricultural economy has developed in the direction of commodity production with the high-efficient concentrated production models as the models of planting vegetables, feeding fish in cage  ... Up to now, the commune has over 85% of commune roads to be concreted. Its basic infrastructure system meets the requirements of socio-economic development. The average income is 30 million VND / person / year. Its poverty rate is just 9.6%.

Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Chairman of Vinh Loi Commune People's Committee said that right from the beginning of the year, the commune has accelerated the progress of building items in each criterion. The Fatherland Front and mass organizations promote to inform emulation movements for building new-style rural area with many practical forms to each branch and each member. In 2018, the commune completed the installation of more than 1 km of prefabricated canals, fulfilling the criteria for irrigation, and 16/17 village cultural houses met the standards.

In 2019, the commune mobilizes all resources to focus on implementing the remaining 3 criteria, including: Cultural facilities, residential houses, environmental sanitation and food safety. The commune mobilizes the support of organizations and individuals and creates opportunity for 20 households having temporary and dilapidated houses to borrow capital to build houses. The commune has planned and renovated 2 cemeteries; mobilize people to build waste treatment tanks at households; equipped with garbage collection vehicles to common treatment points, ensuring environmental criteria.

In addition, the commune continues to invest in strengthening some of the criteria achieved as the school's criteria. At present, the commune is building 3 new kindergartens, 8 classrooms for primary schools and building more classrooms for secondary schools.

With measures already implemented, Vinh Loi strives to reach the target to be a new-style rural area as the proposed plan.
