According to assessment reports of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, currently, only 43% of livestock waste can be utilized; 33.2% plant processing waste. Meanwhile, every year Vietnam produces a large amount of agricultural by-products, but these by-products have not been exploited for re-production to serve agricultural development.
Agricultural by-products are precious resources that need to be exploited effectively. The treatment and reuse of agricultural by-products and livestock waste is a shared responsibility of the entire society.
Therefore, to develop the circular economy, livestock must be linked with farming and other industries to form a circular economic chain in agriculture. Localities need to be object-oriented to bring appropriate technology to each target group, bringing appropriate values.
