After receiving directions from their superiors, the commune selected Bo Cung village to turn into a model new-style rural area. In 2019, local people in Bo Cung village donated money and jointly worked to build 475m of concrete roads, raising the rate of concrete roads in the village to 99% and installed lighting systems on over 3,000 m of roads.

Income of the locals is the most difficult criteria to achieve. In order to raise income for local people, the local authorities have mobilised people to change the structure of plants and animals, expand production and husbandry on a large scale, and select some effective production models to duplicate towards commodity production.

With the combined strength of the entire political system, Kim Binh commune is gradually fulfilling criteria set for a model new-style rural area by 2020 and to become a model new-style rural commune and a model new-style rural garden by 2022.
