In order to attract investment, the district continues to improve infrastructure of An Thinh industrial cluster in Phuc Thinh commune, with an area of 78 hectares, which mainly focuses on processing of agricultural and forestry products; production of building materials; textile industry - footwear and a number of cottage industries and handicrafts.

The Chiem Hoa district promptly removed difficulties for businesses with solutions such as administrative procedure reform, creating favourable conditions for production units and businesses. The district focuses on developing material areas to supply factories and companies. Up until now, the district has developed 44,700 hectares of production forests.
The district has attracted Tuyen Quang Woodsland Joint Stock Company to invest in building a wood processing factory in An Thinh Industrial Complex, with a total area of over 29,000 square metres. The district authorities are actively implementing site clearance, creating favourable conditions for businesses to invest in construction and production.
In addition to focusing on developing agro-forestry processing products, the district is now encouraging construction materials production factories, increasing the production capacity of Hong Dang brick factory and unburnt brick production of Suu Hung handicraft cooperative and a number of establishments in the direction of using advanced and modern technologies to meet the demand for construction materials in the locality.
