The Tich Dien (Ploughing) Festival in Lang Can Town.

Attending the festival were Nguyen Sang Vang, former member of the Central Committee of the Party, former Vice Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of Lam Binh District and a large number of people in Lang Can Town.
