Clean vegetables supplied by Tan Hop Cooperative meet essential standards to be sold at Vinmart supermarket in Tuyen Quang province.
The Cooperative has cooperated with seven local households to expand up to 10 hectares of clean vegetables. Currently, Vinmart system in Tuyen Quang output around 100kg of cabbage, kohlrabi, and Indian taro from Tan Hop Cooperative per day.
In 2017, VinGroup and Ham Yen Green Orange Joint Stock Company found a common voice in bringing green oranges meeting VietGAP standards into the group’s supermarkets in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and others, which have increased the product’s value. On average, the price of 1kg of green orange supplied to the supermarkets is around VND700 – VND1,500 higher than those sold at the wholesale market.
The Son Duong Green Farm Limited Company has signed a contract to supply hydroponic vegetables, tubers and fruits into Tuyen Quang supermarkets. Around one quintal of vegetables, tubers and fruits of all kinds are output per day. The products have received certifications of brand and food hygiene and safety as well as being provided with traceability stamps.
All goods, especially agricultural products, which were sold at the supermarkets, have met strict requirements of soil sources, cultivated water, seeds, processes of care, prevention of pests and diseases, harvesting and storage. They all have traceability stamps.
