The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on the evening of April 28 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Tuyen Quang City).

Many cultural, sports and tourism activities will also be held in the city and the districts of Na Hang, Lam Binh, Chiem Hoa, Ham Yen, Son Duong and Yen Sơn, including workshop of "Potential, resources and reality of tourism development in the provinces of Viet Bac War Zone"; 2nd International Hot Air Balloon Festival, introduction of tourism products and craft villages of Tuyen Quang, provincial Women's Soccer Tournament 2023, Kayak competitions, among others.

Events to be held in Tuyen Quang Tourism Year 2023 contribute to promoting the provincial tourism sector, attracting tourists both inside and outside the country.
