The kayakers, coming from 11 units and clubs both inside and outside the province, competed in two categories, men’s teams and mixed doubles.

The event aimed to create a sporting venue for people to improve public health while providing an opportunity for participating competitors to gain experience from each other.

It also sought to boost ecological tourism services in Lam Binh, thus attracting more tourists to the province.

The race is estimated to have welcomed more than 5,000 visitors from inside and outside the province.
