Mr. Do Van Tam, Binh Ca 1 village, Tu Quan commune (Yen Son), who directly made the model, shared that he and 9 friends had been planning the model since the beginning of the year, and construction started in early June and was completed in early August.
The model is 12m long, has a wingspan of 3m, with wing movements and a high-power lighting system that can flexibly change color and a reinforced transport system, ensuring safety when moving. The model cost VND180 million, and was contributed by 10 households in the village, with the simple purpose of bringing a meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival to rural children, especially those in difficult circumstances.

The details were all hand-constructed and completed by the participating individuals. The details of the lubrication and cooling systems were designed to be easily repaired when damaged. Mr. Do Van Tam, who had the idea to implement the model, shared that the entire machinery system and the air brake system were designed by him, ensuring safety when moving.
In early August, the model was decorated with multi-colored LED strips to increase the colorfulness.
