Currently, green tourism is initially developed in localities through the creation of tourism products with environmentally materials such as rattan, bamboo. Especially, eco-friendly utensils is popularly used at homestay facilities of the highland districts.

Head of the Culture and Information Division of Lam Binh District Cao Van Minh said that in recent years, the district has promoted to mobilise and instruct local people to visit and experience from the example homestay facilities in order to serve the development of green tourism. Now, all homestays in the locality use utensils both in the daily life and tourism services. It contributes to reduce plastic waste and create the friendly space for tourists.

Homestay facilities in lam Binh district blend into the nature.

Coming to Hoang Cat homestay in Na Dong hamlet, Thuong Lam commune (Lam Binh), visitors is immersed themselves in the nature. Here, the smallest items including garbage baskets, cup, tray, bowl, chopsticks, chair, table, vase, frames or the check-in place are made from the rattan and bamboo.

Owner of Hoang Cat homestay Quan Thi Cat shared that, in order to promote the development of green tourism, her homestay has focused on building the house and campus by the natural materials. Thanks to that, tourists can experience fully the nature environment.

Not only develop green tourism through the creation friendly products, the districts also develop the shuttle service by electric vehicles or horses. For 2 years, the family of Chau Thi Hanh in Nam Dip residential, Lang Can town (Lam Binh) has developed the service for tourists to experience her fruit orchard. Visitors can harvest fruits such as apple, orange, and pomelo as well as check-in right at the garden.

In addition, the districts of Yen Son, Ham Yen, Chiem Hoa also develop green tourism by developing experience tourism and building friendly check-in points. This is considered the right direction because the localities take advantage of the strengths of Tuyen Quang tourism, promoting the friendly image of the land and people of Tuyen Quang.
