He said that with the Party’s right decisions at decisive moments, Vietnam has achieved significant development progresses in the recent years, including high economic growth, improved people’s living standards and an increasing international position.
The official added the 13th National Congress of the CPV takes place at a special time when humanity is experiencing a very difficult period. Therefore, this important political event is an opportunity to affirm the of socio-economic development and the peaceful and cooperation foreign policies of the CPV.
Secretary of the Communist Party of Argentina also expressed his belief that the 13th National Congress of the CPV will achieve great success as well as be a strong and firm political guarantee for the development of socialism in Vietnam.
