This is a place where fairies often bathe. Other legend about this hot spring is in the past, a group of people came to Yeng Hamlet to reclaim and settle down. Due to severe weather, this land is dry without water. People bring offerings to ask Ngoc Hoang for water. As a result, Nam Dat Stream appeared.

Delicious dishes from soybeans
Yeng Hamlet has 86 households, mainly Nung ethnic group. People here always preserve their traditional identity with unique culinary features, including many strange and delicious dishes from soybeans.
Sung Van Tay, a Nung ethnic person shared, thanks to the quality of the soil suitable for soybeans, local people grow a lot of beans and cook many delicious dishes from this seed such as soy sauce and mold tofu.

The ingredients for making soy sauce include large, round and even soybeans. Then, crisply roast the beans, pour water and cook until tender. Take out and ferment for about 4 days - 5 days. Next, mix it well with spices such as ginger, orange peel, chili, salt, and wine. Finally, put them in sealed jars for two weeks and enjoy. Soy sauce is very suitable when eaten with fresh vegetables, boiled vegetables and boiled meat.

It is not easy to make mold tofu dish. Soybeans grown on the fields are ground and pressed into tofu. After that, the Nung people cut the tofu into small squares and dry them in the sun. After drying the beans, put them in a jar to ferment during about 1 week to 10 days. When incubating beans on mold, take out the beans, wash them, and mix them with spices. When mixing mold tofu with heirloom spices, add rice wine to enhance the flavor. Then, people wait about 3 month - 6 months to enjoy this dish.
Indigo dyeing culture has always been preserved by local people in Yeng Hamlet.
The cuisine of the Nung people in Yeng Hamlet is quite rich with a lot of dishes. In addition, there are many customs and habits such as dyeing indigo with different abstentions. At present, most of the women in Yeng Hamlet know how to make their own traditional costumes. All make a distinct identity of the hamlet.
