- Total retail sales of goods and social services: increased by 12.8%
- There are 12 more communes meeting new rural standards, with an average of 15 criteria per commune; bringing the total number of communes meeting new rural standards to 74 communes
2. State budget revenue and expenditure
- Total budget revenue: VND3,287.42 billion, reaching 102.7% of the estimate
- Total budget expenditure: VMD13,875.15 billion, reaching 103.8% of the estimate
3. Attract investment
- Received 120 production and business investment project applications. In there:
+ 8 projects have their investment policies approved and investment registration certificates granted; Total registered investment is over VND19,911 billion
+ 3 projects approved for investment policy adjustment; Investment capital is VND229.53 billion
+ 9/11 projects completed and put into production
- The whole province has 2,611 enterprises; Total registered capital is over VND30,555 billion
4. Tourism
- Attracted 2,650 thousand tourists, reaching 106% of the plan
- Total revenue from tourists is VND3,200 billion, reaching 107% of the plan
5. Social security
- Education and training
+ Percentage of schools meeting national standards: Preschool 55.3%; Primary school 74.2%; Secondary school 68.2%; High school 31.4%
- Ranked 23/63 provinces and cities in terms of award quality
- Ranked 21/63 provinces and cities in average score on high school graduation exam
- The family achieved the title of cultural family 90.6%; Villages, hamlets, and residential groups achieved the cultural title of 86.6%; Agencies, units and businesses meet cultural standards 95
- Creating jobs for 22,626 workers, reaching 102% of the plan
- The poverty rate decreased by 3.81%
- Support to renew and repair 2,055 houses, reaching 181.37% of the plan
