According to records at the farms, the purchase price of pigs on August 30 was VND58,000 per kg, while this price last week was about VND60,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, many animal feed businesses such as C.P, De Heus, E.H Long An, Tongwei Hoa Binh, Nam Viet, and Tam Viet have announced reductions in animal feed prices. The reduction ranges from vnd100,000 to VND400,000 per kg, depending on the business.

This is the fourth consecutive decrease in 2023.
