This is an opportunity to convey safe driving information to all traffic participants, while encouraging off-road vehicle users to participate in social activities, rescue, and charity in remote areas with difficult traffic conditions.

The tournament was organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province in coordination with the Vietnam Off-Road Vehicle Club on the morning of September 28.
