At the meeting, the leaders of the Coordination Board of Foreign Capital Projects reported the results of implementation and mobilization to attract projects using KOICA's non-refundable aid:

The Rural Development Program Project in Tuyen Quang province using KOICA's non-refundable aid has a total investment of 18.39 million USD, equivalent to VND426.35 billion (15 million USD allocated by KOICA; funding allocated by the local budget is 3.39 million USD), implemented from 2019 - 2023, so far, the implementation has met and exceeded the set plan.

The project to enhance investment efficiency and maintain, develop and ensure sustainability The Rural Development Program in Tuyen Quang province using KOICA's non-refundable aid has a total investment of 2,307 million USD, equivalent to VND54,646 billion, the implementation period is from 2024 to 2025. Up to now, the Coordination Board of Foreign Capital Projects has completed the proposal according to the form of the sponsor of KOICA, and discussed with the KOICA Vietnam Office about the project proposal.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son emphasized that, in recent years, Tuyen Quang province has had access to the Korean Government's non-refundable support capital to promote the development of poor communes, improving people's quality of life, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction associated with new rural construction.

He also wants KOICA to pay attention and help Tuyen Quang in the period of 2025-2030 to implement projects in the priority fields of the province.
