Centella salad

TQO - Centella salad is a cool, high-fiber dish with effective body cooling in hot summer days.

The ingredients for making centella salad include: fresh centella, chicken, carrots, roasted peanuts, lemon, sugar, fish sauce, garlic, fried dried onions and spices.

Centella should be washed and cut into small pieces. Carrots are peeled, washed and grated. Chicken is boiled and shredded.
