The green rice is made from Nep Cai Hoa Vang sticky rice, harvested while still young and milky. Once cut, the rice must be roasted on the same day to preserve its distinctive flavor. At the start of roasting, the fire must be kept strong and even, but once the grains begin to whiten, the heat is reduced. The rice must be stirred continuously to ensure even cooking, as just a little excess heat can break the delicate grains. After roasting, the rice is spread in a thin layer to cool quickly before being pounded, ensuring the flakes retain their soft green hue.

Each flake carries the essence of the earth, sky, sunshine, and breeze, leaving a lingering impression on anyone who tastes it. With its high quality and effective production model, it has created stable jobs for the people of Thuong Nong.

Packaged and stored frozen, Ban Cuom green sticky rice has now become a specialty gift from the highlands, meeting the needs of consumers across the country.
