Tuyen Quang Province’s digital transformation efforts are entering a new phase of strong, effective, and people-centered development. Guided by the principle of being faster, more efficient, and closer to citizens, bringing technology to every resident is seen as the key to building a sustainable digital government, digital economy, and digital society.

Amid the nationwide push for digital transformation, the province has prioritized the development of telecommunications infrastructure as the backbone of digital progress. To date, Tuyen Quang’s telecom infrastructure has been maintained and developed in a synchronized manner, with gradual modernization. The province currently has nearly 3,000 BTS stations in operation, including 81 5G stations. Telecommunications enterprises are ready to expand 5G coverage, with a target of around 460 5G stations by the end of 2025 to meet growing demand for high-speed connectivity.

All commune and ward centers have been covered by broadband fiber-optic networks, while the province’s dedicated data transmission network operates stably across all state agencies from the provincial to grassroots levels, ensuring safety and security in administrative management. At the same time, 4G/5G mobile networks and high-speed Internet services continue to expand, enabling greater use of smartphones, electronic payments, and online transactions among residents.

The province now has 472 postal service points, ensuring that every commune and ward is served by a public postal outlet with fixed broadband Internet access. This infrastructure helps maintain smooth and stable information flows while supporting citizens’ access to modern, cashless digital services.

Along with infrastructure investment, the province recognizes citizens as both the key drivers and primary beneficiaries of digital transformation. Models such as community digital technology teams and campaigns that bring digital skills guidance directly to households have proven effective, helping people gradually master technology, use online public services, electronic identification, and digital payments.

At the grassroots level, local authorities have proactively supported residents in accessing digital services. A typical example is Lung Cu Commune, which has established on-site technical support teams at its Public Administration Service Center to assist citizens in using information technology systems, thereby improving convenience, satisfaction, and trust in local government.

From modern telecommunications infrastructure to hands-on support for citizens, Tuyen Quang is steadily building a comprehensive, safe, and user-friendly digital environment. When every citizen is able to use and benefit from technology, digital transformation will truly take root, contributing to the development of a dynamic, sustainable, and opportunity-rich digital society.
